How this site is funded

KarobarUdhar is operated by Nitanya Digital Ventures, a sole proprietorship registered in Faridabad, Haryana under Udyam registration UDYAM-HR-03-0166405.

The site is free to use. We do not charge readers, we do not run a paywall, and we do not sell reader data. The site is funded by affiliate commissions.

What that means in practice

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and then complete an action on the partner's website, such as submitting a loan enquiry or applying for a credit card, we may receive a commission from that partner.

You pay nothing extra. The interest rate, the fee, and the terms you are offered are identical whether you reach the partner through KarobarUdhar or by typing their address directly into your browser. We have no ability to change what a lender offers you, and no partner gives us a rate that is unavailable elsewhere.

Payment to us is triggered by an enquiry or an application, not by you borrowing money. We are paid the same whether your application is approved or declined, and whether you borrow Rs. 50,000 or Rs. 5 lakh.

Who our partners are

We are currently completing onboarding with affiliate partners. No affiliate links are live on this site as of the date above. This page will be updated with a full list of partners when they are.

What we will not do

We do not accept payment to rank a product higher. No lender, bank, or network has ever paid us for a position in a comparison table, a recommendation, or an article, and we will not accept such payment.

We do not order comparison tables by commission. Where we rank or recommend, the ordering is driven by the criterion stated on that page, such as interest rate, total cost, or eligibility fit.

We do not write sponsored articles presented as editorial. If we ever publish paid content, it will be labelled as paid content at the top of the page.

We do not remove a critical assessment because a partner asked us to. If a partner ends a commercial relationship over something we published, we will publish that fact.

What we are not

KarobarUdhar is a publisher. We are not a lender, a bank, a non-banking financial company, or a deposit-taking institution. We are not registered with the Reserve Bank of India, because publishing information does not require RBI registration.

We do not lend money. We do not accept deposits. We do not process loan applications, run credit checks, or make credit decisions. We never ask readers for a processing fee, a security deposit, an advance payment, or a file charge, and any person claiming to represent KarobarUdhar and asking you for money is committing fraud. What happens when you click an affiliate link

When you click an affiliate link, the partner network records that the click came from KarobarUdhar, usually through a tracking parameter in the destination address and a cookie set by the network. We pass a page identifier so we can see which of our pages sent the click.

We do not pass your name, your phone number, your email address, your income, or your credit score. We do not hold that information about you in the first place. Anything you enter after arriving on the partner's site is governed by that partner's privacy policy, not ours.

Our calculators run entirely inside your browser. The numbers you enter are not transmitted to us or to anyone else.
